If a customer cancels their order before the pick-up day, a handling fee of $2.90 per $66.00 order will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For example, for a $66.00 order, the customer will be refunded $63.10.

– Cancellations on the pick-up (event) day:
If a customer cancels their order on the pick-up day, 30% of the order amount, plus a handling fee of $2.90 per $66.00 order, will be charged. For example, for a $66.00 order, the customer will be charged $22.00 plus a $2.90 handling fee, and the remaining $41.10 will be refunded.
